In 3-minute “rounds” you’ll get Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai knee-elbow combinations, bodyweight training, and cardio spikes—all designed to help you lose the belly and shred body fat. Just hit it hard for 3 minutes at a time and before you know it, you’ll be done!

You’ll see when you watch my videos that I am definitely a work in progress – a mom on a journey like many of you are. I believe in being authentic, so take it as you want to, but please know that if you feel the need to comment on my “improper form” or lack of “power” in my punches, you’re not telling me anything I don’t already know. 😉

Mainly, I just wanted to shoot a few videos to run through the movements in each workout (and perhaps provide you with a good chuckle now and again), so you can get a feel of the program to see if it’s a good fit. This is the main calendar for CORE DE FORCE. It includes 30 days of going through the program. Be sure to match it with the CORE DE FORCE Nutrition Plan for the best results (including Shakeology).

In case you haven’t heard about this one yet, Core de Force is a 30-day program of MMA/Kickboxing-inspired workouts that focus on sculpting your overall body definition. As the name implies, there is a lot of “CORE” work, but you’ll also get cardio, legs, shoulders, back and abs. Plan to spend about 30-45 minutes for each routine, depending on the day.

A unique core workout inspired by Mixed Martial Arts movements to target every part of your core. The ultimate core finisher-5 challenging plank movements to bring your abs out of hiding. All the best CORE DE FORCE moves in one killer workout! From addictive boxing and Muay Thai combos to strength and plyo burners, this challenging workout will leave you drenched-and wanting more.

You’ll watch Jericho or Joel teach you the moves and perform them.  If the routines are too intense, a woman at the side will be doing a modified version you can do until you’re ready to increase your intensity level.

Using explosive and defensive style movements in this fast-paced cardio conditioning workout will help you carve a tight lean body.

What is Core de Force? Core de Force is a new Beachbody workout coming in December 2016. The sales page for Core de Force just launched online – and we have early details about what the program is and how it will work.

Beachbody’s range of exercise programs ranges from being catered towards beginners to the most advanced of exercises.  Regardless of your fitness level, you’ll be able to do these workouts as there is a “modifier” for those who can’t do the routine at full intensity.

Knock out the belly fat in 30 days with Core De Force! This mixed martial arts inspired workout program is designed to slash inches off your waist, blast belly fat, and sculpt total-body definition with no equipment needed. The offer allows traffic from the US and Canada, and converts on a completed purchase.

The best part? The only equipment you need is YOU! The workouts go by super quick and they are effective. If you can focus on hitting it hard for 3 minutes at a time before you know it the workout will be over.

I am the most uncoordinated person on the planet, and I will say that I struggled a little bit with the moves. It took me 5 tries until I finally got the combinations right, but even if I wasn’t getting everything right, I was panting furiously and sweating profusely. However, despite my two left feet (and fists), I felt pretty badass with my high kicks and hook punches.

Jericho McMatthews and Joel Freeman are described as “supertrainers”. Joel Freeman is the other co-creator of Core de Force and is also new to Beachbody. He’s held Elite Personal Trainer certifications from the AFAA and the ACE. He owns and operates a gym in Olympia, Washington.

He’s also a Certified Fitness Instructor who has traveled the world “helping people fall in love with fitness and reach their highest potential – all while having a blast.”

Core de Force comes with 8 workouts on 3 DVDs that alternate Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations, cardio spikes, and bodyweight training to help you get a knockout body. It also comes with two bonus workouts (5 Min. Core on the Floor and Core Kinetics), and every workout includes a modifier who demonstrates the moves at a lower intensity, so anyone at any fitness level can get knockout results.

This workout gets your heart rate up, it gets you sweating and I couldn’t believe how sore I was the next day.  It’s a great way to switch up my weight training and I love the way it challenges me – I’m a big fan of interval training and these workouts are perfect!

Below are the CORE DE FORCE Calendar options. At the moment there are three different calendars you can download. If you are ready to take your CORE DE FORCE experience up a notch, then get the Deluxe Workouts that pack a new punch. You could start with teh 30 day calendar above, and then use the next 30 days for the Deluxe experience!

So check out all the details here if you are interested in changing up your workout, breaking a plateau, getting started with your transformation or holding yourself accountable over the holidays. Prepare for the next day’s workout with this quick 5-minute, before-bed stretch session.

What happens when you combine boxing, Muay Thai and plyometrics into one workout? You’ll knockout hundreds of calories and spike your fat burn into overdrive. You’ve seen MMA before. You’ve watched it on TV. Maybe you’ve even tried a few moves around the house. Or maybe you’ve signed up for kickboxing or Muay Thai classes in the past.

A total-body burner that uses explosive power and interval training to sculpt lean muscle and build next-level endurance. Low on impact, but high on intensity, you’ll carve impressive definition with this no-equipment, bodyweight throwdown. Recharge for the week ahead with this rest day workout that focuses on form and technique to fight muscle stiffness and soreness.

The workouts are broken into 3-minute “rounds.” Just hit it hard for 3 minutes at a time, punching and kicking away until the bell rings to stop! This program include the CORE DE FORCE Eating Plan, which shows you how to eat for knockout results with Signature Recipes, food lists to take to the grocery store, sample menus, and a revolutionary approach to eating more that fires up your fat-burning metabolism!

Core de Force fitness program was created by Super Trainers Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews who have extensive fitness experience teaching a variety of workouts, from kickboxing to cardio, worldwide.

This program is for both men and women of all ages who want to lose weight and get in shape.  I wouldn’t recommend this workout program for any one who is pregnant or has really bad knee/joint problems, however. Some of the moves are quite high impact. Although, you could modify those movements and still burn calories regardless.

Core de Force is described as “Your 30-Day Countdown to a Knockout Body”. It was created by trainers Joel and Jericho. So what kinds of exercises will you actually be performing in Core de Force? How does the program kick your body into shape? Core de Force will trim down your body in 30 days, helping you reshape your body with boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai workouts “from every angle”, explains the sales page.

Core de Force workout requires no equipment and focuses largely on refining your core. The workouts are inspired by mixed martial arts (MMA), described by Joel and Jericho as “the most high-octane sport in the world”. I noticed that each workout really does focus on your entire core and getting your midsection defined, which of course is a woman’s top area to spot treat right!!!???

The first calendar is the regular 30 Day CORE DE FORCE Calendar. The second is the Deluxe Calendar (if you chose CORE DE FORCE Deluxe workouts). The third calendar is the HYBRID Calendar! The Hybrid calendar is a great mix of both CORE DE FORCE and Beachbody on Demand workouts.

Upper body and core focused boxing influenced workout. (27 minutes)Muay Thai inspired elbow and kicks for total body shred. (37 minutes)Uses explosive and defensive style movements in this fast paced cardio conditioning workout (47 minutes) The workouts will get your heart rate skyrocketing as you will do a series of intervals.

Core de Force actually uses intense, three minute rounds, “just like a real boxing match”. If you can go at high intensity for 3 minutes before taking a break, then this might be the workout program for you.  I feel absolutely awesome when I’m finished, ready to conquer the day. Thank you!

A unique core workout inspired by Mixed Martial Arts movements.5 minute Core on the Floor- the ultimate core finisher- 5 minute challenging plank movements that gets your abs on fire.  I’m disappointed that I didn’t measure my body before starting.

This will combine the likes of CORE DE FORCE with other great programs that can only be found within the Beachbody on Demand library. Core de Force is a brand new program that is launching in December 2016. However, Beachbody has already tested the program on a group of early participants. Obviously, these results are not typical. However, they are the real results of people who followed the Core de Force program.

One thing I can say so far is this program WILL help you get strong not only physically, but mentally, as well. I find even in the first few workouts I’ve tried, that I have had to really THINK (or maybe as I age I’m losing my coordination? haha…). In any case, check out the reviews below (VIDEOS included)!

As I go through the 30 days, I will be reviewing each of the main workouts and sharing them to this page (there are bonus workouts, too, but I didn’t make videos for those). Anyway, I’m including links here as I complete them, so if you’re reading this post and some links aren’t clickable yet, make sure to bookmark the page and come back!

Core De Force MMA Workout. Ready to bring out the toughness and get shredded. Lose the inches and the fat while building muscle all without using weights. These workouts are great and you will learn Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing techniques and combinations. WHAT ARE THE WORKOUTS LIKE? The workouts are 30-45 minutes in length and you workout 6 days a week with a stretch on the 7th.  The workout program is 30 days in length.

This was my first question when I started doing this program. I am not very experienced with boxing or kickboxing terminology and even though I watched the move breakdowns before doing the workout itself, I still had struggles. BUT, I could do it at my own pace.

There is no music coordination with these moves, and the class is expected to go about the move combos at their own pace. I even noticed this with the modifier who was slower, but following her own pace. It was pretty damn nice.

Obviously, every workout program has test subjects they point to as evidence that the program works. We’ll have to wait until December 2016 to see the results “real people” get while following the program.

Beyond just having the PDF downloads, it’s important to know WHY you are doing CORE DE FORCE. Whether your goal is to lose weight or take your MMA or endurance-skills up to the next level, the below information is important! CORE DE FORCE isn’t your run-of-the-mill Kickboxing workout. Each move, whether it’s a jab, a kick, or an uppercut, works your core from every angle.

You will combine boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai moves along with body weight training and cardio spikes to help you shred fat and gain strength and speed. Those who want to see results fast will also love the programme. The high-energy mix of combinations, bodyweight training, and cardio is designed to get you into knockout shape in 30 days.

It’s also a great choice for people looking to try a workout inspired by mixed martial arts. Trainers Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews packed CORE DE FORCE with Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai moves that are both effective AND empowering.

What this means is that you’ll commit to 3 minute rounds of intense exercise and keep going until you hear the bell.  It’s designed as if you’re in a boxing ring to keep your energy high.  After each round, you’ll have a period of rest or do lower-intensity movements before spiking your heart rate up again with the next 3 minute round.

These workouts are challenging, but even if you’ve never thrown a punch or a kick, you can still use CORE DE FORCE to get in shape. Every workout includes a modifier who demonstrates the moves at a lower intensity, so you can go at your pace until you’re ready to take things to the next level. Plus, every MMA-inspired workout includes a move-by-move breakdown to help you get familiar with the jabs, uppercuts, kicks, and combinations from the get-go.

Joel and Jericho call this 360-Degree Core Training—and it’s more effective than traditional abdominal training to help you tighten up your entire midsection and carve a more defined waist. As with any Beachbody workout, trainers can make or break the program. So who are Joel and Jericho? What’s their exercise training background?

I am EXCITED to announce the launch the newest program- Core De Force which is being released TODAY (exclusively through coaches @ 2pm PST)!!!  Core De Force is an MMA inspired program which includes 3 minute “rounds” where you will get boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai, knee-elbow combinations, body weight training and cardio spikes that will help you lose belly fat and shred your body.

But I can still tell that my body overall has greatly improved in only 17 days. I’m so glad I have this around for the holidays. I’m going to do it again to start the new year and I will do a better job tracking measurements and eating. Awesome workouts that are killer, and very well worth it.

This is all done by just using your bodyweight. Whether you are looking to get ripped, get into shape, or just train like the MMA stars do this is definitely for you. Crazy cardio interval training that will bring your heart rate up to its max and get you burning calories like it is your day job.

30 Days is all it takes to get through this program. Once you complete and get the results you will definitely look for a round two. Once our review has been completed and we here back from some of the testing subjects with their experience  we will provide the following review about Core De Force.

This workout is for your rest day and helps you stretch out your body and increase flexibility.  Don’t skip it! It’s important to recover your muscles after all the power workout you’ll do during the week! In an introductory video for the program, participants are seen punching, kicking, and kneeing the air while performing other MMA style workouts. These moves are mixed with lunges, jumps, squats, and other exercises.

Jericho McMatthews is co-creator of Core de Force and is one of the newest Beachbody trainers. She has held personal training certifications from the NASM, AFAA, and the ACE while receiving degrees in psychology and physical education and kinesiology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has over a decade of experience as an “International Master Trainer”.

The great thing about this exercise program is that it combines the expertise of two different Super Trainers. You’ve got Jericho McMatthews, the stunning redhead who kicks serious butt in the workouts. And you have Joel Freeman – and I hope my hubby won’t mind me saying, but there’s nothing better than a bit of eye candy while working out! It certainly helps the time fly by!

CORE DE FORCE mixes moves from boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai with bodyweight training and cardio conditioning, giving you the most effective MMA-inspired workouts to help shred belly fat and transform your body in as little as 30 days.

What’s the difference between the Core de Force Base and Deluxe Kits? Well, first of all – the base kit is the cheapest option. If money is a bit tight, you’ll still get all you need to get started on the program. However, the Deluxe Kit includes extra workouts and the portion control container system.

I just finished day 17 of the core de force program. It is awesome, with a A! I love it! I ordered it because I love Beachbody’s programs, and in particular the MMA style workouts. While I’m not very good at following the eating plan, I do take shakeology and work out first thing in the morning. I have lost 6 pounds in the 17 days so far and I’m much leaner.

Core De Force is NOT your run-of the-mill kickboxing program. Inspired by mixed martial arts and using 360-Degree Core Training each move, whether it is a jab, kick, or uppercut will engage and work your core to help you tighten up and carve out that defined waist you have always wanted.

Core De Force is a 30 day program with 8 different 30-45 minute workouts plus bonus core and kinetics workouts. No equipment needed! Each workout is modeled after a traditional boxing match featuring 3-minute “rounds” designed to help you push as hard as you can for a short period of time.
