I am the most uncoordinated person on the planet, and I will say that I struggled a little bit with the moves. It took me 5 tries until I finally got the combinations right, but even if I wasn’t getting everything right, I was panting furiously and sweating profusely. However, despite my two left feet (and fists), I felt pretty badass with my high kicks and hook punches.

This program is for both men and women of all ages who want to lose weight and get in shape. I wouldn’t recommend this workout program for any one who is pregnant or has really bad knee/joint problems, however. Some of the moves are quite high impact. Although, you could modify those movements and still burn calories regardless.
Core de Force is described as “Your 30-Day Countdown to a Knockout Body”. It was created by trainers Joel and Jericho. So what kinds of exercises will you actually be performing in Core de Force? How does the program kick your body into shape? I noticed that each workout really does focus on your entire core and getting your midsection defined, which of course is a woman’s top area to spot treat right!!!???
The first calendar is the regular 30 Day CORE DE FORCE Calendar. The second is the Deluxe Calendar (if you chose CORE DE FORCE Deluxe workouts). The third calendar is the HYBRID Calendar! The Hybrid calendar is a great mix of both CORE DE FORCE and Beachbody on Demand workouts.

This will combine the likes of CORE DE FORCE with other great programs that can only be found within the Beachbody on Demand library. Core de Force is a brand new program that is launching in December 2016. However, Beachbody has already tested the program on a group of early participants. Obviously, these results are not typical. However, they are the real results of people who followed the Core de Force program.
One thing I can say so far is this program WILL help you get strong not only physically, but mentally, as well. I find even in the first few workouts I’ve tried, that I have had to really THINK (or maybe as I age I’m losing my coordination? haha…). In any case, check out the reviews below (VIDEOS included)!
As I go through the 30 days, I will be reviewing each of the main workouts and sharing them to this page (there are bonus workouts, too, but I didn’t make videos for those). Core De Force MMA Workout. Ready to bring out the toughness and get shredded. Lose the inches and the fat while building muscle all without using weights. These workouts are great and you will learn Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing techniques and combinations. WHAT ARE THE WORKOUTS LIKE? The workouts are 30-45 minutes in length and you workout 6 days a week with a stretch on the 7th. The workout program is 30 days in length.
This was my first question when I started doing this program. I am not very experienced with boxing or kickboxing terminology and even though I watched the move breakdowns before doing the workout itself, I still had struggles. BUT, I could do it at my own pace.
There is no music coordination with these moves, and the class is expected to go about the move combos at their own pace. I even noticed this with the modifier who was slower, but following her own pace. It was pretty damn nice.
Obviously, every workout program has test subjects they point to as evidence that the program works. We’ll have to wait until December 2016 to see the results “real people” get while following the program.

But I can still tell that my body overall has greatly improved in only 17 days. I’m so glad I have this around for the holidays. I’m going to do it again to start the new year and I will do a better job tracking measurements and eating. Awesome workouts that are killer, and very well worth it.
This is all done by just using your bodyweight. Whether you are looking to get ripped, get into shape, or just train like the MMA stars do this is definitely for you. Crazy cardio interval training that will bring your heart rate up to its max and get you burning calories like it is your day job.

This workout is for your rest day and helps you stretch out your body and increase flexibility. Don’t skip it! It’s important to recover your muscles after all the power workout you’ll do during the week! In an introductory video for the program, participants are seen punching, kicking, and kneeing the air while performing other MMA style workouts. These moves are mixed with lunges, jumps, squats, and other exercises.
Jericho McMatthews is co-creator of Core de Force and is one of the newest
Beachbody trainers. She has held personal training certifications from the NASM, AFAA, and the ACE while receiving degrees in psychology and physical education and kinesiology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has over a decade of experience as an “International Master Trainer”.
The great thing about this exercise program is that it combines the expertise of two different Super Trainers. You’ve got Jericho McMatthews, the stunning redhead who kicks serious butt in the workouts. And you have Joel Freeman – and I hope my hubby won’t mind me saying, but there’s nothing better than a bit of eye candy while working out! It certainly helps the time fly by!

What’s the difference between the Core de Force Base and Deluxe Kits? Well, first of all – the base kit is the cheapest option. I just finished day 17 of the core de force program. It is awesome, with a A! I love it! I ordered it because I love Beachbody’s programs, and in particular the MMA style workouts. While I’m not very good at following the eating plan, I do take shakeology and work out first thing in the morning. I have lost 6 pounds in the 17 days so far and I’m much leaner.
